  1. You can have QM Administrator connect on a periodic basis, regardless of how many messages are waiting to be sent (to allow it to pick up any messages coming in).  Start times and stop times can only be set to the nearest five minutes.  The QM Administrator program checks to see if it should call approximately every ten minutes so be careful about specifying too narrow a range (It could miss a call time completely).  Click on the arrows to change the start and stop times.
